How to: stand upright with feet facing forward parallel to each other with big toe bases touching and then spreading out with all other toes; arms at sides, palms facing forward. Ensure shoulders are away from ears. Gaze straight ahead. Allow a slight bend in knees.

Other variations include:
Standing with feet hip distance apart - helps with balance and can ease pain in lower back.
Sitting with feet under knees, trying to keep hips in line with knees (blocks/footrest under feet &/or cushion behind back can be used)
Standing with back and other body parts against a wall.
Remember:
Feet flat and are not rolled in our out, shoulders are down away from jawline rather than up near ears and knees are slightly bent rather than locked.
