SEALS : 3-5 YEARS

Children will learn to identify and express emotions and feelings, develop their sensory awareness and communication and improve their flexibility, and sleep in a creative and harmonious environment.

FROGS : 5-8 YEAR OLDS

Children will develop positive connections with peers, increase their focus and attention, enhance their muscle development, and reduce their anxiety in a kind supportive environment.

Turtle Yoga - More Than Yoga

Each Course Includes a Combination of:

YOGA

A combination of flowing sequences, individual. partner and group poses to develop flexibility, strength and posture. Using fine and gross motor skills in sitting, standing and resting positions while promoting self confidence

CREATIVITY

Developmentally appropriate art and craft activities enabling expressions of emotions, and feelings while learning new skills and forming hobbies and interests that are  enjoyable and engaging.

RELAXATION

Enhancing sleep patterns and creating peace and harmony  with  relaxation poses and techniques including breathing and gratitude exercises incorporating music and sound.

GAMES

Small and large group games involving team work, cooperation and communication. Links to early childhood and primary curriculums and developmental areas including language, cognitive, and personal & social wellbeing.

MINDFULNESS

Following routines in a supportive space while developing greater sensory awareness, regulation and focus through guided imagery, stories and poetry

Turtle Yoga

where little bodies find strength,

and little hearts find joy.

Our Turtle Yoga programmes are designed to develop the whole child.

"Little bodies find strength" 

By engaging in our developmentally appropriate yoga programmes young children gain strength, coordination,  balance and flexibility.

“Little minds find peace" 

Children find peace through the many emotional benefits gained from our breathing exercises and mindfulness and relaxation activities which provide children with moments to engage, reflect and pause.

“Little hearts find joy" 

Children leave our Turtle Yoga for kid’s programmes feeling relaxed and happy as we emphasis a

non-judgemental attitude towards thoughts and all experiences including our partner and

group games art and craft.
